Baking involves higher flash point/heat rating for a longer time than let’s say frying.  Our Baking spray is specifically formulated to perform under higher temperatures for an extended period of time vs other oil spray on the market that may not react to higher temperatures at first however, will react adversely by the time a longer baking cycle would be over.

With our oil performing better, it also achieves a flavourless addition to a recipe byt just doing its job of assisting in the baking cycle.  All this being done with a cleaner ingredient deck thus, a cleaner taste profile and healthier end result.
